Birria Tacos
I have been wanting to make these bad boys for ages! I am always so excited to make new things and I even got my little guy in the kitchen helping me, excitedly so! I haven't written then recipe down with all of my tweaks yet, (I will post that later on), but I can honestly say it's one of my favorite things I've ever made! This starts off by making a chili paste with some dried chilis, a bunch of spices, and lots of other yumminess. I made a Tiktok of the process and I've attatched the link below.
